18+ Age Restriction Policy

1betbdt is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet on our platform. This policy is non-negotiable and applies to every player in Bangladesh and all other jurisdictions where we operate.

During the registration process, all players are required to confirm that they are 18 years of age or older. In addition, before any withdrawal is processed, our team conducts identity verification (KYC) which independently confirms each player's date of birth using government-issued identity documents such as a National ID card or passport.

• Registration Gate: An age declaration checkbox is mandatory at the point of registration. Providing a false declaration is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.
• KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal, you must submit a valid government-issued ID confirming you are 18 or older. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended pending document submission.
• Suspicious Account Reviews: Our team monitors for behavioural indicators that may suggest an account is being operated by a minor. Any such account will be suspended and investigated without prior notice.
• Immediate Closure and Refund: If we discover that a player was under 18 at the time of registration, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by a minor will be refunded in full; any winnings generated will be void.

Deposit & Wagering Limits

One of the most effective responsible gaming tools is the ability to place a firm ceiling on how much money you deposit into your account. 1betbdt allows every player to set deposit limits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) at three time intervals, giving you granular control over your spending.

The following rules apply to all deposit limits set on 1betbdt:

• Immediate Activation: A newly set or reduced limit takes effect the moment you confirm it. There is no delay on reductions — this protects you in moments of urgency.
• 72-Hour Increase Delay: If you request an increase to an existing deposit limit, the change will not take effect for 72 hours. This cooling-off period is intentional and exists to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Multiple Limit Types: You may set a daily limit, a weekly limit, and a monthly limit simultaneously. The most restrictive applicable limit will always govern your deposits.
• No Limit Override: Even our support team cannot override a deposit limit on your behalf while it is active. Only you can request a change, and the 72-hour rule still applies.
• Wagering Limits: In addition to deposit limits, players may request wagering limits (maximum bet size per round or per day) by contacting our support team at support@1betbdt.

Time-Out & Cooling-Off Periods

Sometimes the most responsible decision is simply to step away. 1betbdt's time-out feature gives you the ability to temporarily suspend your account for a defined period when you feel you need a break — whether after a losing streak, during a stressful period in your personal life, or simply as a regular habit of discipline.

During an active time-out, your account will be suspended in the following ways:

• You will not be able to log into your 1betbdt account.
• All deposit methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) will be disabled for your account.
• No bets, wagers, or game rounds can be initiated.
• Any pending free spins, bonus activations, or promotional triggers will be paused.
• You will not receive any marketing communications from 1betbdt during the time-out period.
• Your account balance is preserved and withdrawals remain accessible via our support team.

Time-out periods available at 1betbdt are: 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, and 1 month. To activate a time-out, visit the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings or contact our support team directly. Time-outs cannot be cancelled before they expire. If you need a longer break, please consider our self-exclusion programme described in the next section.

Section 5

Self-Exclusion Programme

Self-exclusion is a formal, binding request to close your account for an extended period. It is intended for players who recognise that their gambling has become — or is at risk of becoming — problematic. 1betbdt takes self-exclusion requests extremely seriously, and once activated, the restriction cannot be reversed until the chosen period has fully elapsed.

The following conditions apply during an active self-exclusion:

• Complete Account Suspension: Your account will be fully suspended. Login, deposits, and all betting activity will be blocked for the entire duration.
• Marketing Blacklist: Your email address and phone number will be immediately removed from all promotional mailing lists. You will receive no offers, bonus notifications, or re-engagement communications from 1betbdt.
• Balance Withdrawal: Any remaining balance in your account at the time of self-exclusion can be requested for withdrawal before the account is closed.
• Irreversible During Period: Self-exclusion cannot be lifted early under any circumstances. Our team is instructed to decline any reinstatement request that arrives before the exclusion period expires.
• Post-Exclusion Reinstatement: After the exclusion period ends, account reinstatement requires a written request and a mandatory 7-day reflection period before access is restored. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed.

Problem gambling can affect anyone, regardless of income, education, or background. It often develops gradually and can be difficult to recognise — especially when gambling has been an enjoyable hobby for some time. The following warning signs may indicate that gambling has moved beyond entertainment and is becoming a problem.
