Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 1betbdt platform in any capacity — whether as a guest browsing the site or as a registered account holder placing bets and playing casino games — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation or qualification.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on 1betbdt from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1betbdt with respect to your use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document, these Terms & Conditions take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using 1betbdt and, if you hold an account, request its closure by contacting our support team at support@1betbdt.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use 1betbdt you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 1betbdt does not permit access to or use of its platform by any person under the age of 18. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed by you with 1betbdt or with any other gambling platform with which 1betbdt has a mutual exclusion arrangement.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended account with 1betbdt. Each individual may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Accurate Information: All registration details you provide must be true, current, and accurate. Providing false information — including false date of birth to circumvent the age restriction — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

1betbdt is intended exclusively for players located in Bangladesh. By using the platform you confirm that you are accessing it from a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting is not explicitly prohibited to you personally. 1betbdt does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where the provision of online gambling services is wholly prohibited by applicable law.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of betting and gaming products on 1betbdt you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a contact number. You must also create a secure password for your account.

By submitting your registration details you warrant and represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful, and that you will update your account details promptly if any of that information changes. 1betbdt is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• One Account Per Person: Each natural person may register only one account with 1betbdt. If duplicate accounts are detected, 1betbdt reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, merge balances at its sole discretion, and void any bets or bonuses associated with those accounts.
• Account Credentials: Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 1betbdt support immediately.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): As part of our security and responsible gaming obligations, 1betbdt may require you to complete a Know Your Customer verification process before processing withdrawals or at any point during your account lifetime. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• Account Currency: All 1betbdt accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). This cannot be changed after registration.

1betbdt reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

1betbdt supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the Bangladesh market. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) with no currency conversion markup applied by 1betbdt.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Supported Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available methods may vary and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposit Processing Time: Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your 1betbdt account within minutes. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. 1betbdt does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, wallets, or payment instruments.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad) are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when KYC verification is pending.
• Source of Funds: 1betbdt reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your account as part of its anti-money laundering compliance procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
• No Cash Transactions: 1betbdt does not accept cash deposits or make cash withdrawals under any circumstances.

Deposits made to your 1betbdt account are held in a segregated account and used solely for the purpose of funding your gameplay. 1betbdt does not use player funds for operational expenses.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

1betbdt offers a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on a player's first deposit, as well as ongoing reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the offer terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time limit will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. The applicable contribution rates are stated in individual bonus terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise. Claiming a new bonus before an existing bonus has been cleared will result in the forfeiture of the uncompleted bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: 1betbdt monitors betting patterns to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting on casino games, and collusion between players. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
• Maximum Bonus Withdrawal: Unless stated otherwise in offer-specific terms, a maximum withdrawal cap may apply to winnings generated from bonus funds. This cap, where applicable, will be clearly communicated in the offer description.
• Promotional Codes: Where a bonus requires the entry of a promotional code, the code must be entered at the time of deposit. Retrospective application of promotional codes is not permitted.

1betbdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In such cases, any bonus that has already been credited and is actively being wagered will be honoured under the original terms until the wagering period expires.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through 1betbdt. Sport-specific betting rules and casino game-specific rules are published separately and apply alongside these general provisions.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation from 1betbdt. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, 1betbdt's records are the definitive reference for the terms of any bet placed.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface and may be amended by 1betbdt at any time.
• Void Bets: 1betbdt reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a manifest error in odds, a technical malfunction, or information that was materially incorrect at the time the bet was placed. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
• Cricket Betting: BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other cricket markets are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on 1betbdt. In-play bets are subject to the state of play at the time of acceptance by our servers, not the time of submission by the player.
• Casino RNG: All virtual casino games (slots, table games, instant games) use independently certified Random Number Generator software. Results are statistically fair and determined at the moment of each game action.
• Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during a casino game round that has already been initiated, the round will be completed by the game server according to the game's internal rules. 1betbdt is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 1betbdt. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be referred to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using 1betbdt to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or engage in any form of financial fraud is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity, is prohibited. All accounts identified as duplicates will be closed immediately.
• Underage Gambling: Any attempt by a person under the age of 18 to register or use 1betbdt is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of casino games or sporting events is prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with 1betbdt in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in relation to a legitimate 1betbdt transaction is considered fraudulent activity and will result in permanent account closure.
• Abuse of Staff: Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 1betbdt support staff or other players will not be tolerated and will result in immediate account suspension.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

1betbdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. The following are the most common grounds on which an account may be suspended or closed:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring the account to be suspended or closed.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following satisfactory KYC verification.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the 1betbdt support team at support@1betbdt. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1betbdt platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, written content, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of 1betbdt or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1betbdt platform solely for the purposes of personal online casino gaming and sports betting in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights and does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the 1betbdt platform or its content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform.
• Use the 1betbdt brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 1betbdt platform using automated tools.

Game content available on 1betbdt — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — is licensed to 1betbdt by those respective providers and remains their intellectual property. All rights are reserved by the respective rights holders.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1betbdt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of any kind.
• Interruptions to the availability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, cyber attacks, or circumstances beyond 1betbdt's reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service partners.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 1betbdt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1betbdt makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.

Section 11

Amendments to Terms

1betbdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — we will provide notice by publishing the updated Terms & Conditions on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without specific advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision of any kind.

Your continued use of 1betbdt following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.

Section 12

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 1betbdt operates as a digital platform serving players in Bangladesh and acknowledges the applicability of relevant Bangladeshi legislation to the conduct of its operations.

In the event of a dispute between you and 1betbdt, we strongly encourage you to first contact our customer support team at support@1betbdt or via live chat to seek an informal resolution. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of both parties through direct communication with our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure within 28 days of your initial complaint being submitted, you may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution channels. 1betbdt will cooperate in good faith with any legitimate dispute resolution process.

• Formal Complaints: Submit your complaint in writing to support@1betbdt with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account ID]". Include a full description of the issue, the dates and amounts involved, and any supporting evidence.
• Response Time: 1betbdt will acknowledge your formal complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 business days.
• Language of Proceedings: All formal dispute correspondence will be conducted in English.

Regardless of the outcome of any dispute, you acknowledge that online gambling involves risk and that financial losses incurred through legitimate gameplay — where no technical error or breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred — are not recoverable through the complaints process.
